Access VPC information from a service/API/Terraform provider

Feature Request

We will pull the VPC (or similar) information from your cloud account and make them available on our control plane. These can be useful for:
- deploy a terraform module that needs to know the VPC information dynamically
- automate the configuration of VPC peering if you deploy your cluster via our terraform provider

    this has been done! there’s now a dedicated section in our terraform provider and API to given you the VPC information. we have also added an environment variable that can be accessed at any time
