Allow customizing resource limits
We have a lot of pods running for low-traffic environments, and our cluster CPU utilization is at 6%. We want to utilize our resources more efficiently and set low resource requests and higher resource limits so that more pods can be scheduled on the same node yet still perform at a reasonable speed and achieve better node utilization.

This has been released!
we have added two advanced settings to control the overcommit of your applications on both CPU and memory.
These can be managed on your service only if you enabled them on your cluster (via the advanced settings)
Be careful: when using overcommitment the cluster might become unstable!
